I sew momma pads out of organic cotton fleece and wool, with a soaker of hemp fleece. These are super soft, absorbant, and breathable. The top layer is OCF with 2 layers of hemp in the middle, the back is a layer of soft washable wool. They have a poly snap on the wings to keep them in place. These are about 10" long and 3" wide in the middle, the ends flare out a bit wider. 10.00 each PPD PM me :)
