I've personally never run a co-op before (but am willing to try or can help with them anyways) but I thought I'd add a list of websites I know accept co-op group orders. Please add any that you know of!

www.purewool.com does them too.

A coop is when a bunch of people place on order together to get a better price.

Awhh moma, it's not a dumb question! A co-op is basically this...
1-2 ppl place a huge order with a co-op friendly company (I'll say yarn)..we all order what we want & get a huge discount because it's a bulk order. It all (ususally) gets shipped to the coop host, then split up & sent to the indivdual ppl. Most of the time you pay shipping to you seperatly.
Co-ops can take longer than just straight ordering from company yourself, but the price breaks are worth the wait most of the time.

Was that confusing? gosh, i hope not, lol..

I'm a total goof. You summed it up perfect, i just didn't read all your post. And thanks, i totally forgot about purewool! :loveshower:
